Solo theatre is the unique and most challenging, and at the same time it’s important to do in acting career, how the artists approach and create a solo play and how he/she get audiences to embrace this form…Often the solo performer is also the writer, and often the show is autobiographical or distinctly topical to that individual’s expertise or personality. With the solo work, the lines between playwrights and actor are one. In turn, a massive responsibility is placed on the artist to be as transparent and inclusive on nearly all matters that otherwise wouldn’t be relevant on a regular play.
